Terms of Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ZIMSEC Results Analyzer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. This platform is provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool for educational institutions.

2. Account Registration and Limits

Unauthenticated access is provided strictly for evaluation purposes and is hard-capped at a maximum of 15 candidate entries per session. To unlock unlimited candidate processing and permanent data retention, institutions must create a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this platform solely for its intended purpose: analyzing and reporting educational data. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the system, bypass multi-tenant security isolations, or upload malicious code or media files via the institution profile forms.

4. Accuracy of Information

While the internal calculation engines are rigorously tested against official ZIMSEC grading logic, the user assumes ultimate responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the printed data before submitting the final stamped PDFs to the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the generated reports.
