1. Data Isolation and Security

We take student and institutional data privacy seriously. The ZIMSEC Results Analyzer operates on a strict multi-tenant architecture. Candidate data, academic results, and institutional configuration profiles (including logos and signatures) are cryptographically siloed and can only be accessed by the registered, authenticated user who uploaded them.

2. Anonymous Sandbox Data

Unregistered users utilizing the "Sandbox Mode" are tracked via a temporary browser session key. Data captured in this mode is strictly limited to 15 candidate records for testing purposes and is completely isolated from production school data. Sandbox sessions may be periodically purged from the system to maintain server efficiency.

3. Information Collection

We only collect the data necessary to generate your official reports. This includes:

• Institution details (Ministry, Province, District, School Name).
• Authorized personnel details (Headmaster Name and Signature).
• Candidate examination records (Grades, Sex, Subjects).

We do not sell, rent, or distribute this academic data to any third-party marketing or analytics agencies.

4. Document Generation

PDF reports generated by our system are assembled securely in server memory and delivered directly to your browser for download. We do not permanently cache your final exported PDF documents on our public-facing servers.
