1. System Setup

Welcome to the ZIMSEC Results Analyzer. If you are an administrator, begin by configuring your School Profile via the top menu to ensure your official PDF exports feature your institutional logo and headmaster's signature.

2. Processing Candidates

Navigate to the homepage and select your target level (O' Level or A' Level). Enter the candidate results row by row. If you are an unregistered user, you are limited to a sandbox size of 15 candidates.

3. Generating Official Reports

Once your candidate data is verified, proceed to the Generate PDF tool. The system will automatically compile the ZIMSEC Subject Matrix and the Pass Rate Summary grids onto the official Adobe PDF forms.
